Marrying the straight horizontal and vertical lines of the Mission, or Arts and Crafts, style with the unparalleled comfort of the sculpted North American Windsor chair, this bench was made primarily for the entrance way but also doubles as additional dining seating, where the deeply dished seat really comes into its own. The shelf below the seat was intended for storing visitor’s hats and mittens.
